A very fun human interface :)
a song by my good friend mike and I we made a long time ago.
me: Bass, Electric piano, trumpet, electric guitar, ginger hair
Mike: Drums, acoustic guitar, know-how
For the musical types here:
The time signature goes 3/4, 2/4, 3/4, 2/4, 2/4 [1 bar each] with drums always being in 4/4. After playing this pattern 3 times, it inverts so it goes 2/4, 2/4, 3/4, 2/4, 3/4.
However, as soon as you hit that last 2/4 the first time round, that first beat is the invert is you will then only hear 2/4, 3/4.. and so on and again when you get to the last 3/4 of the invert… the pattern starts again on that first beat.
Talking about mathrock!
HAHA, dont ask us why. It just happened. Sorry for the bad quality in recording I think somewhere, there is a better and more uptodate version of this.
Through the last two blogs, I have gone into the Hebrew. It is so essential that we go to the Hebrew to understand the old testament. Every single word has its own meaning and the context refers to the letters that the word is made up of. That is why I am going into the word GOOD [Hebrew: tov] in such great detail. To see just how important the word actually is and how it can bring light to our life and our language.
I went through how the word Good spoken by Jesus is the same as God had ever said which refers to just how Holy God is. Only God is Good. He is the source of all goodness. Nothing can be good without him so why do we say “its good music” when it hasnt been anointed by God? Looking at the word itself, the hebrew can translate into many forms and it is incredible to see that the fruits of the Spirit are actually there! Even more so that the initial letter of tov is the tet which correlates to the number 9. There are 9 fruits of the Spirit and I concluded that God can only call something good if it has all the fruits of the Spirit. The Parable of the Talents shows that the Father only said “well done my good and faithful servant” when he saw that he had been fruitful with what he has given us. GOOD being the very important word.
Why has our English language allowed us to put everything on par with God’s goodness? It tells us not to add or take anything away from His Word.
So lets carry on into the Hebrew word Tov. The 2nd letter is Vav.
“A line of light is the secret of the letter vav. Though the line is singular in appearance, it nonetheless possesses two dimensions, an external as well as an internal force, both of which take part in the process of Creation and the continuous interaction between the creative power and created reality.”
Vav literally translates to the ever so used english word “and”. Nothing special? Just read on to read how perfect God goodness is.
The first vav of the Torah -“In the beginning God created the heavens and [vav] the earth” serves to join spirit and matter, heaven and the earth, throughout Creation.
“And” is much more of a powerful word than we could ever have thought. It has joined Heaven and Earth together. In between the darkness of the world and the Glory of heaven, there is light in-between. It is the word of light that is the continuous interaction from God. This is not going by my understanding by the original text of Hebrew.
It’s going to get very deep so please bear with me.
Read MoreSo in my last post I discussed the Hebrew word, Tov which means ‘Good’ - The word spoken by God as he was creating everything and means a Godly anointing on various other acts and people in the other 400+ accounts of the word good.
Again, I came to the conclusion that there can be no such thing as “good” unless is has been anointed and came from the source of God. Good music, in essence, means that the music is good in Gods eyes.
Now I would like to go into the hebrew a little deeper and pull apart the word “tov”.
Read MoreI posted a few days ago, a blog about that only God is good and the source of all goodness. I decided to look deeper into this and look at the translations of hebrew and greek.
I came to the quick conclusion last time that only things of God are good. Nothing else. God is the source of all Goodness. It plainly says it in His word.
Let me take you further into finding out just what Good means. Let’s go the Hebrew!

Goodmorning gorgeous.
I wish I could be there right now eating toast with you and drinking the tea you left for me whilst I slept but you make a racket as you walked into my room. It will probably be cold and I will have left the biscuit on the side of my bed too and your mum will probably think of me as a typical boy when she goes into my room and finds it. Oh well. I wish I was there to start the day off with you. We would have the best day together but you know what, you are about to have a great day that has been planned out for you.
This video made me think of you. I hope it can inspire you. If I was to be anything other than myself today for you, I would be this song and video. So please, as you have breakfast, think of me as present. <3
I have been told I look like Olafúr anyway ;) hehe.
I’ll be calling you soon. I miss you so heartachingly much.
